Unresponsive Clients

  • If you are working and detecting the client unresponsive for a long time, we advise you should stop working on the project until the client contact you.

    In some cases, you may also reach out to Getdone to contact the client on your behalf. To an hourly contract or a fixed-price contract, if your client fails to respond to that, funds will be automatically released after 14 days. If they respond but refuse the work and continue to cause unreasonable delays, you have the option to file a dispute against them.
