  • If you are working and detecting the freelancer unresponsive for a long time, we advise you should stop working on the project until the freelancer contact you. In some cases, you may also reach out to Getdone to contact the freelancer on your behalf.

Alternatively, you may choose to end a freelancer's contract if they become unresponsive.

The Freelancer is unresponsive; length of time to be determined by Getdone.

    These are the case-specific rules:

    - The Freelancer is expected to be responsive and keep the Client informed about his availability.

    - Getdone will attempt to contact the Freelancer for three working. If the Freelancer is unreachable Getdone may decide to:
Note: We may ask the Client to open a new project and hire another Freelancer to finish the work

    - Getdone will decide how much the original Freelancer should be paid for the work already completed and delivered.
